Connection and scheduling platform
TruckBooker is a connection, scheduling, and booking-request platform. It helps food trucks, venues, event organizers, and customers publish information and communicate about possible bookings. TruckBooker is not a party to agreements or transactions between users.
No employment, operation, inspection, or endorsement
TruckBooker does not employ, operate, manage, inspect, license, insure, certify, sponsor, or endorse any listed food truck, venue, customer, or event organizer. A listing, profile, schedule, image, rating, or booking status does not represent an endorsement or independent verification by TruckBooker.
No guarantees
TruckBooker does not guarantee availability, request acceptance, attendance, performance, sales, revenue, customer turnout, food quality, food safety, allergen safety, menu accuracy, permits, licenses, insurance, legality, suitability, reliability, site conditions, or event results.
Verify details directly
Users must verify all important details directly with the other party. This includes identity, availability, pricing, deposits, payment and cancellation terms, menus, ingredients, allergens, serving capacity, event timing, location access, utilities, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, health and safety requirements, and contingency plans.
Booking status is not a contract
A Pending, Accepted, Declined, or Cancelled status records activity within TruckBooker. It does not replace a separate written agreement, contract, deposit, payment, or direct confirmation between the users. Users are responsible for documenting and enforcing their own arrangements.
User-assumed risks
Users assume the risks associated with communications, transactions, food service, travel, property access, and events arranged through or discovered on the platform. Users should use appropriate judgment and obtain professional, legal, insurance, food-safety, or regulatory guidance when needed.
Private beta software
TruckBooker is still being tested. Beta software may contain errors, interruptions, unavailable services, incomplete features, inaccurate displays, or data delays. Features may change, and paid plans may be introduced later. Do not rely on the platform for critical or time-sensitive bookings without confirming directly with the other party.
